Going to the dentist can be an overwhelming experience, especially first-time visits. What sets us apart here at Davis Dental Group is our ability to make you feel at ease and at-home while providing you with excellent ORAL hygiene care! Our staff is dedicated to making your dental experience as pleasant as possible from the time you walk in and are greeted by a friendly face to the time you are walked out by your hygienist or assistant. We strive to connect with our patients on a personal level and because most of our staff is within our Havelock community, we take great pride to know our patients! 
For our military families, we understand the needs and the difficulties you face and because some of our staff come from a military background, whether it be retired or active, it makes us well-versed in the Military Life. We invite you to come join our dental family.

FIRST VISIT FORMS


To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you. If you have had dental x-rays in the past six months, please bring them or email that to us for your first appointment. If you don’t have them, new x-rays will be taken. With just a few simple forms, we will ask you for your medical history, any medications you might be taking, your dental history and for your dental insurance.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION


You have the option to pay for your dental visits using cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and/or Discover Card. If you need a more flexible payment option, we offer CareCredit. To apply online just visit CareCredit.com 

INSURANCE INFORMATION


We will gladly file all dental claims for you. We accept most insurances provided by your employer and collect your copay and coinsurance at the time of your visit. 
We are providers for Delta Dental PPO, AETNA, United Concordia FEDVIP, and Cigna DPPO.
